Falcon Elite traffic rises 150 per cent in ten months
Summer traffic, diplomatic activity and seasonal events have pushed the Dubai South FBO into sudden prominence.
The site has shifted from a quiet terminal to a high-traffic private hub.

Falcon Elite, the FBO at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport, has seen a 150 per cent increase in aircraft movements between August 2024 and May 2025.

When Falcon Elite launched, traffic was up just 6.92 per cent. But by November 2024, a 52.75 per cent rise had taken place, in line with Dubai’s busy event calendar, regional business activity and holiday travel. In May 2025, movements were up 33.81 per cent compared with the previous months, driven by new customers, more diplomatic flights and the beginning of summer.

The company credits its growth to high-end service and close attention to seasonal trends. Founder and chairman of Alex Group Investment Mr Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene says: “What we've achieved with Falcon Elite is just the beginning. We've built something exceptional and it's all thanks to the trust our clients have placed in us. Their belief in our vision has been the driving force behind our success.”
