HeliKorea secures five-year lease extension for AW169 with Milestone
Ongoing EMS operations in South Korea have benefitted from a continued partnership confirmed during Helicopter Investor London 2025.
The Leonardo AW169 has been part of HeliKorea’s EMS fleet since 2016.

HeliKorea has extended its lease of a Leonardo AW169 aircraft from Milestone Aviation for a further five years.

The aircraft, first delivered to HeliKorea in December 2016, will continue flying EMS missions in support of medical services across South Korea.

HeliKorea’s executive director Scott Min says: “We are pleased to strengthen our relationship with Milestone through this five-year lease extension of the AW169 and appreciate the team's continued support. This reliable and mission-ready aircraft enables HeliKorea to continue providing high-quality medical support, thereby enhancing the welfare of the citizens of South Korea.”

Milestone Aviation’s chief commercial officer Sébastien Moulin adds: “We are very pleased to strengthen our long-term partnership with HeliKorea with this lease extension. Milestone has been supporting HeliKorea's mission-critical operations for many years and extensions like this are a key part of our ongoing efforts to diversify our portfolio through investment in mission critical sectors such as EMS.”
