Tibbetts takes operations lead at Pro Star
Former Bombardier and Airbus Helicopters manager Wayne Tibbetts was tasked with leading service enhancements and operational improvements across Pro Star Aviation’s facilities.
Tibbetts began his aviation career with eight years of service in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic.

Pro Star Aviation has appointed Wayne Tibbetts as its new director of operations. Based at Boston-Manchester Regional Airport in New Hampshire, the Part-145 maintenance and modification centre will rely on Tibbetts to lead operational improvements, strategic growth efforts and customer experience enhancements.

Tibbetts brings experience from roles at Bombardier and Airbus Helicopters, where he worked for a decade. He is an East Coast Aero Tech graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics with a management focus from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His aviation career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served for eight years as an aircraft mechanic.

“Wayne brings exceptional hands-on experience, proven management skills and an extensive background in aircraft maintenance to this position,” says Sean Peterson, general manager at Pro Star Aviation. “We're excited to have him join our team as we expand our capabilities and support the growth of our organisation.”
