Flyte sets course with platform launch and ACA acquisition
Creatd’s subsidiary has unveiled its AI-powered private travel platform and signed a letter of intent to acquire Pennsylvania’s Air Charter Advisors, aiming to expand service diversity and operational efficiency.

Flyte, the wholly owned subsidiary of Creatd, has launched its AI-powered private travel platform, integrating technology, operational efficiency and customer-focused design across two live offerings, Flyte Luxe and Flyte Hops, with a third, Flyte Escapes, expected soon. The launch marks a milestone in Creatd's strategy to acquire high-potential businesses and scale them through shared finance, compliance, logistics and technology systems.

Flyte Luxe provides global charter services aimed at discerning travellers, while Flyte Hops operates a regional air taxi service using Cirrus Vision Jets across the Northeast U.S.A. Flyte Escapes will soon pair private flights with curated luxury stays. On the front end, AI tools enhance the booking experience with real-time pricing and personalised recommendations. On the back end, AI-driven workflows automate booking and coordination.

Flyte is one of a few operators in the air mobility sector using a fully integrated technical and operational model and is actively growing its footprint through acquisitions. Flyte is now live as a progressive web app on iOS and Android, with native mobile apps due next quarter.

Supporting its growth, Creatd has also signed a letter of intent to acquire Air Charter Advisors, a Pennsylvania-based boutique private aviation firm. Flyte will maintain Air Charter Advisors as an independent entity while providing access to shared systems and AI-driven tools. The acquisition is valued between $3 million and $6 million, pending due diligence.

Flyte is purpose-built for today's traveller: intuitive, intelligent and designed for ease,” says Marc Sellouk, CEO of Flyte. “We've eliminated the friction that's long defined this space, while building a platform that can scale with sophistication behind the scenes.”

Air Charter Advisors is a strong cultural and strategic fit for Flyte,” adds Sellouk. “We're not here to compete with great operators, we're here to empower them.”

Adam Steiger, president of Air Charter Advisors, says, “Coming under the umbrella of Flyte and Creatd gives us access to world-class marketing and cutting-edge technology that supercharges our ability to scale.”

The Flyte platform is currently accepting bookings across Flyte Luxe and Flyte Hops, with Flyte Escapes expected to launch later this year.
