Duncan promotes Bruce and Clark to key site leadership roles
Adam Bruce has taken on responsibility for modifications sales at Battle Creek while Corey Clark begins leading paint operations at Provo following years of steady progression.
Adam Bruce says his experience in the upholstery shop gives him valuable perspective on the connection between sales and technicians.

Duncan Aviation has named Adam Bruce as modifications sales manager at its full-service facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Bruce has worked with the company for 14 years, beginning his career in the upholstery shop before moving into paint and interior sales in 2016 and most recently serving as a senior sales rep. He says: “I am thrilled to be trusted with the responsibility to help lead our sales team. New options for connectivity and interior customisations are changing this already dynamic aspect of our business, and we look forward to educating our customers on these innovations and delivering amazing results.”

Executive vice president of sales Ryan Huss says Bruce's background, experience and leadership make him the right choice: “He's earned the respect of both our customers and our team over the years, and I'm confident he'll continue to drive success in this new role.”

Meanwhile, Corey Clark has been named paint manager at the company's Provo, Utah facility. Clark started with Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 2010 and relocated to Provo in 2018 to help open its paint hangar. After holding various leadership roles, most recently as assistant manager of the paint shop, he now steps into the manager position. Vice president of modifications and completions in Provo Phil Suglia says: “Corey has been an established leader ever since, understanding the importance of a high-quality product that delivers on time while exceeding expectations. I am excited to have him leading our team and our facility in to the future.”

Clark says: “When we have a strong team that feels supported and valued, we're able to deliver better results, build stronger relationships with our customers and ensure the quality of our work.”
