Thrive Aviation has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of four senior professionals. The Las Vegas-based private jet operator brought in Andy Martens as vice president of flight operations, Tami Beutel as vice president of flight support, Luke O'Kane as director of charter sales and Dawit Palmer as director of fleet maintenance.
CEO Curtis Edenfield says the new team members will support the company’s trajectory of growth and reflect the progress made since its founding in 2018. COO Rickey Oswald adds that Thrive is well positioned, stating the business has the aircraft and now has the leadership to advance further.
Martens, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, joins from Jet Access Aviation where he managed 31 aircraft and led operations to achieve regulatory compliance and certifications. Beutel brings nearly three decades of aviation experience spanning military service and flight support roles, and is a qualified helicopter pilot.
O'Kane, originally from New Jersey, has a decade of experience in sales and client relationship management within aviation, while Palmer, who grew up in Vienna, Austria, has held maintenance leadership positions for Part 135 operators in the Dallas area. All four bring skills that will underpin Thrive’s operational excellence and customer service ambitions.
