EBACE25 confirms official sponsors
Jetex, Falcon and Avinode sign up to support the event at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.
EBAA reinvests all EBACE proceeds into its ongoing work to promote and protect the interests of business aviation in Brussels and across Europe.

Leading industry brands are signed up to support the 2025 edition of the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE), which takes place on 20-22 May at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

Jetex will be the official registration sponsor, welcoming attendees with branded lanyards and guiding them with venue-wide truss banners. Falcon will enhance the visual experience with on-site media signage, including entrance drive flags and main aisle sign danglers. In line with EBAA’s commitment to providing the latest market intelligence, Avinode will be hosting its own speaker session at EBACE25 as part of the Innovation agenda, offering unique insights for air charter professionals.

Delegates will receive complimentary tote bags provided by Hadid, while Euro Jet Intercontinental will keep guests refreshed with a branded water bottle station. EBAA COO Robert Baltus comments: “We're proud to have some of the leading companies in business aviation supporting EBACE25. As a not-for-profit organisation, their backing is vital to bringing our vision for a completely reimagined show to life. Our shared passion for protecting the future of business aviation in Europe means that together, we are creating a show that is truly for the industry, by the industry.”
