Jordan takes chairman role as ACC shifts to employee ownership
Alan Jordan's leadership will guide strategic growth and reinforce the company’s commitment to employee shareholders in its next phase

ACC Aviation has appointed Alan Jordan as chairman following its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). He brings leadership experience from senior roles across aviation, shipping and other international industries.

In his role, Jordan will support the executive team in driving long-term strategic growth and maximising value for employee shareholders. He describes the company’s transition to an EOT as a major milestone and looks forward to helping shape a business run for and by its employees.

“I am delighted to accept the role of chairman at ACC Aviation and join this successful business at this very exciting time,” he says. “The management team and I aim to build on the opportunity presented by a business run for and by, its employee shareholders.”
