Enstrom's new svp targets improvements
With over 40 years in aviation, Charles “Chuck” Wade will lead efforts to strengthen customer relationships and expand Enstrom’s reach into new markets.
Charles “Chuck” Wade assumed his senior leadership position in December 2024.

Michigan-based Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has officially appointed Charles “Chuck” Wade as senior vice president of product, sales and customer excellence. In this role, Wade will focus on enhancing Enstrom’s relationships with existing clients and expanding the company’s growth in new markets.

Enstrom president Todd Tetzlaff says, “Chuck excels in engaging customers and leading teams of people, two skills that will prove essential to Enstrom’s vision of providing quality helicopters to even more customers.”

After more than a year at Enstrom, Wade assumed his new role in December, bringing over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry. Wade envisions establishing a solid foundation for Enstrom's continued success, optimising processes and procedures and investing in strategic improvements to expand Enstrom’s reach.

“Our helicopters have become a staple in several niche markets, and we have an amazing opportunity to significantly ramp up production,” comments Wade. “I look forward to the many customer interactions we will have as we begin a regular production schedule. Working as a team, we will overcome any challenge we might face together.”
