Creatd, Inc. has finalised its $8.3 million acquisition of Flewber Global, Inc. and is relaunching the company as Flyte, Inc., a next-generation regional air mobility platform. Under Creatd’s oversight, Flyte will refine its AI-driven booking system, streamline operations and position itself for sustainable growth in the $28.5 billion regional air mobility sector.
Flyte will operate three revenue verticals: Hops, which utilises underused airports for regional business travel; Luxe, an on-demand private jet charter service; and Escapes, which pairs flights with premium hospitality experiences.
“Regional air mobility is entering a new era and Flyte is positioned at the forefront of that transformation,” says Jeremy Frommer, CEO of Creatd. “By integrating our expertise in AI, data and operational efficiency, we are driving Flyte toward cash-flow positivity and long-term market leadership.”
Flyte is expanding its partnerships with corporate travel programmes, luxury hospitality brands and exclusive destinations. Seat-block agreements with key partners are expected to drive demand and recurring revenue.
“Flewber was just the beginning; Flyte is our future,” says Marc Sellouk, CEO of Flewber. “With Creatd’s backing, we are building a technology platform that connects travellers with their destinations more efficiently, whether for business, leisure or a premium luxury experience.”
