Goodwin appoints Brennan to lead broker sales expansion
Charter aviation software provider Goodwin has hired Rich Brennan to strengthen broker relationships and expand access to its platform.

Goodwin has appointed Rich Brennan as head of broker sales, leveraging his 20 years of experience in charter aviation. Brennan, formerly chief development officer at flyExclusive, has also held leadership positions at Delta Private Jets and Travel Management Company, where he built broker networks and strengthened industry relationships.

“Rich understands the critical role brokers play in charter aviation,” says Goodwin co-founder Tolga Demirel. “Our technology is built to enhance, not replace, their expertise.”

Brennan will lead Goodwin’s efforts to expand partnerships within the broker community, providing technology that streamlines sourcing, proposals and payments. His appointment comes as Goodwin moves beyond its invite-only beta period.

“Goodwin recognises that brokers are the backbone of charter aviation,” Brennan adds. “This company isn’t trying to disrupt the industry; it’s building technology that respects and strengthens it.”

Goodwin continues to support brokers with intuitive technology and concierge-level service, helping them connect clients to the right trips efficiently.
