Texas-based culinary services company Savor Culinary Services has expanded its private jet in-flight catering menu to include wild game such as rattlesnake, antelope, wild boar and other premium meats.

“When private jet passengers fly in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, they want the same level of dining quality and service they're accustomed to at home,” says Savor founder, owner and chef Deb Oxman. “We have been asked by several private flight attendants and owners to offer something that reflects local ingredients and cuisine, as well as an experience with food while in the air. There is nothing better than wild game in Texas.”

Savor’s in-flight meals are tailored to clients' preferences and dietary needs, with a focus on organic ingredients, grass-fed meats, sustainably caught seafood and free-range poultry. The meals are free from seed oils and preservatives, accommodating diets such as dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and keto.

“We want to change how the private flight catering industry does catering,” says Oxman. “We want our clients to ‘experience food in the air’ and not just ‘eat it.’”

The wild game selection includes rattlesnake, alligator, venison, muscovy duck, rabbit, quail, bison and American, Japanese and Australian wagyu. Savor provides catering to private flights departing from major Texas airports, including Dallas/Fort Worth International, Dallas Love Field, Addison and Fort Worth Meacham.
