Stratos Jets offers five franchise opportunities for top brokers
Private jet charter brokerage will award five fully turn-key franchises to ambitious agents, eliminating fixed costs and providing operational support.

Stratos Jets is offering five fully operational jet charter brokerage franchises to experienced industry professionals, aiming to reshape private aviation by consolidating demand under its brand. Qualified agents are invited to apply for the opportunity to own and operate their own Stratos Jets agency with minimal financial risk and full operational backing.

Successful applicants will gain access to Stratos’ infrastructure, including the Stratos Flight Management System (FMS), post-sale support teams, ARGUS Certified Broker status and financial processing assistance. The franchise model removes fixed expenses, with fees only incurred on a per-flight basis. “We have thoughtfully crafted the franchise model to eliminate ongoing expenses and financial risks, empowering ambitious individuals to establish and grow their own private jet charter brokerage,” says Stratos Jets president and CEO Joel Thomas.

Applications close on 21 March 2025, with candidates required to submit details of their experience, revenue and client history, alongside a personal essay on their aviation passion. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for top producers in the industry to own their future and join an organisation that is thriving in a booming market,” adds Thomas.

This initiative follows Stratos Jets' launch of a private air charter franchising programme in March 2024, designed to provide a structured model for procedures, safety, technology and client service. The programme offers franchisees reduced start-up and operational costs, access to capital and backend support, enabling them to focus on client relationships and business growth.
