Aero Star Aviation, a Part 145 company that specialises in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300, and Praetor 500 and 600 jets, is expanding its presence at Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport with new hangar and office space.

The company has secured an additional 30,000 sq ft of hangar space and 22,000 sq ft of office/shop space through a long-term lease. This expansion increases the facility's overall size to above 82,000 sq ft of hangar and 48,000 sq ft of office/shop space, positioning the company as a leading independent maintenance facility for Embraer in the region.

Aero Star's new hangar and office space is being refurbished and modernised to meet the company's service standards, aiming to be operational by the first quarter of 2025. Alongside this, the company has grown its workforce by 20% since early 2024, reflecting its commitment to customer service and the rising demand for quality maintenance.

The additional hangar and shop space is currently being refurbished and modernised to better reflect Aero Star's standard of service and capabilities. It will be in operation in the first quarter of 2025.

“By providing unparalleled service to our customers, continuous improvement to our processes and investment in our facilities, Aero Star Aviation is now the premier maintenance provider for Phenom and Praetor aircraft in the Texas area and beyond,” says Christopher Grinnell, the company's owner and president. “Our customers expect more from their maintenance partners, and we are delivering. We plan to continue our aggressive growth well into 2025.”
