Ventosa comes onboard at West Star Chattanooga
Brent Ventosa, who has joined West Star to specialise in the Embraer programme, has previous experience working for the Brazilian OEM. He was integral to the team that launched the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500.

US MRO West Star Aviation has promoted Brent Ventosa to Embraer programme manager at its Lovell Field facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Ventosa has more than 22 years of aviation experience, starting his career in avionics for the Air Force's F15s. His previous employment was with Embraer in Nashville, Tennessee and Melbourne, Florida, where he assisted in the launch of the Legacy 450 and 500 being manufactured. He then joined West Star as an avionics tech III, where he was promoted to aircraft maintenance technician and then a team lead for the Embraer department.

“Brent's dedication to excellence and detailed expertise will be key to driving the continued success of the programme as we continue to innovate and exceed our customers' maintenance experience,” says Mike Ditmeyer, director of maintenance.
