Boutsen Aviation welcomes exclusive sales rep

Monaco-based Boutsen Aviation's newest external partner, Filippo Arcaleni, has been appointed as the exclusive sales representative and business developer for Malta, Italy and southern Europe.

Arcaleni is a lawyer specialising in aviation law, currently practising in Malta. He serves as the vice chair of the Aviation Lawyers Committee for the EBAA and holds a position on the board of the Malta Business Aviation Association as director of communication and public relations.

Arcaleni's expertise encompasses international contract law and negotiation, supported by a robust background in corporate and commercial law, aviation law and yachting law. He provides comprehensive legal support to companies, ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations and aiding in various strategic aspects of their operations. He is fully qualified as an Italian lawyer and is a member of the Madrid Chamber of Advocates as a Spanish lawyer. Additionally, he is recognised as a legal professional under Maltese jurisdiction.
