Arcadea swells portfolio through Complete Flight acquisition
In conjunction with Flight Vector, the joint companies will represent the only end-to-end provider spanning the complete gamut of relevant solutions, from CAD to OCC to maintenance and everything in between.

Complete Flight, a provider of Part 135 operational software solutions to the aeromedical sector, has been acquired by Arcadea Group, a long-hold, growth-oriented SaaS investor. As part of the transaction, founder Bernie Berg will transition to the chief product officer, with the two companies merging to form the clear market leader across the industry. Founded by Bernie Berg in 2012, Complete Flight provides end-to-end solutions serving Part 135 operation control centers, communication centers, pilots, maintenance departments, and more. Complete Flight boasts features ranging from OCC dispatch, to weight and balance, pilot currencies, manifesting, duty logs and maintenance tracking.

In conjunction with Flight Vector, the joint companies will represent the only end-to-end provider spanning the complete gamut of relevant solutions, from CAD to OCC to maintenance and everything in between.

Paul Yancich, managing director of Arcadea, remarks: “Complete Flight joining forces with Flight Vector is a tremendous outcome for both companies as well as for the many shared customers. With over 50 per cent organic growth and a ‘who's who’ list of customers, Complete Flight fits our stringent quality criteria exceptionally well. We are excited to share further news about our broader platform, which includes AirMaestro and Spidertracks, AvSight, and FlightLogger in the coming months.”

Bernie Berg has this to say about the acquisition: “Complete Flight has a long history of great relationships with our customers. The partnership with Arcadea and Flight Vector offers an outstanding path forward to continue and enhance those relationships.”

Scot Cromer, founder of Flight Vector, further adds: “This investment provides Complete Flight, its customers and team with a permanent home, something no other investor can offer. Further, it allows for the marriage of the industry's two clear leaders. We are excited to provide enhanced and entirely new products and capabilities that previously were impossible with the businesses being separate entities.”

Daniel Eisen, managing director of Arcadea, states: “Our aviation portfolio represents the highest-quality businesses in the industry. Arcadea's mission is not to invest in the most companies but to partner with the best. Complete Flight, with over 50 per cent growth and an exceptional product, is a perfect example of an Arcadea business.”
