Spring City Aviation's enrolment in Aviation Safety Solutions' Safety Assistance programme ensured a proactive approach to complying with FAA Part 5 regulations.
Spring City Aviation's SMS is approved under FAA Part 5 regulations.

Spring City Aviation has achieved acceptance of its safety management system under FAA Part 5 regulations, obtaining this critical recognition by submitting a Declaration of Compliance Statement. It is one of the first in the industry to be accepted through the Declaration of Compliance Statement.

The full-service FAA certified Part 135 air carrier with a fleet of King Air and Citation aircraft, providing aircraft management and charter services, aircraft sales, maintenance and FBO services, and flight training from its bases in Wisconsin.

By fulfilling these rigorous requirements, Spring City Aviation has positioned itself at the forefront of aviation safety standards.

Spring City Aviation's achievement is a testament to its dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational integrity,” says CEO Amanda Ferraro. “Its proactive approach to complying with FAA Part 5 regulations exemplifies its leadership in the industry and its commitment to the safety of its passengers and crew.”
