Signature puts Go Rentals service on-site
Go Rentals Signature benefits include ready vehicles upon arrival; an enhanced booking process; access to an upgraded fleet of vehicles; crew rate discounts; seamless returns; and reservation assurance for peak events.
Go Rentals is now Signature's preferred partner at 84 locations, with an on-site presence at 67 of its private aviation terminals.

Signature Aviation has launched a rental car programme featuring Go Rentals, the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental company specialising in private aviation. Deployed this summer throughout the Signature network, Go Rentals is now its preferred partner at 84 locations, with an on-site presence at 67 of Signature's private aviation terminals. Go Rentals representatives will also have ramp access for plane-side service.

“Signature is passionate about innovating and elevating the guest experience throughout our network, and our expanded rental car programme advances that mission,” says CCO Derek DeCross.

The programme will offer Signature guests a wealth of new benefits at all locations where they are present, including ready vehicles upon arrival; an enhanced booking process; access to a new and upgraded fleet of vehicles; crew rate discounts; seamless returns; and reservation assurance for peak events.

“Providing the highest level of extraordinary service is our passion as well as our number one mission. We welcome this collaborative opportunity with Signature Aviation to share the most positive guest experience in the industry with memorable and personalised attention,” says Kaye Gitibin, CEO, Go Rentals.

This comes after other guest hospitality initiatives such as an updated coffee programme in partnership with Lavazza, expanded technology for guest communications and recent terminal openings in Des Moines, Key West, New Orleans and Shreveport. There will also be terminal updates in Teterboro, Dallas, Huntsville and Savannah.
