AviaVIP to manage Madrid and Barcelona FBOs
Having been granted two five-year FBO licences for Madrid and Barcelona airports, AviaVIP will be welcoming clients and crew into newly refurbished interiors.
The Madrid and Barcelona FBOs will be extensively refurbished.

AviaVIP has been awarded FBO licences in Barcelona (starting 2 July, 2024) and Madrid (starting 8 July, 2024) for the next five years by Aena.

“Our gratitude goes to Aena, the Spanish airport authority, for trusting us once again,” says president Laurent Levaux. “Since 2023, AviaVIP has been Aviapartner‘s unified brand for general aviation services at FBOs and airports in all Europe. AviaVIP Spain takes pride in already managing FBOs at Malaga, Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza as well as offering general aviation services in 13 other airports across the country. This achievement highlights the quality of service and unwavering commitment of the AviaVIP teams to its clients.”

Both FBOs will be extensively refurbished, creating a harmonised, sleek and modern design that reflects AviaVIP's brand identity. The new VIP passenger and crew lounges will provide luxurious and comfortable environments for VIP clients and crew members.

AviaVIP provides VIP handling services across 57 FBOs and handling stations in Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands.
