Jet charter operator GlobeAir and online platform VOO are collaborating to merge GlobeAir’s static pricing API with VOO’s system, enabling instant bookings and enhancing brokers’ booking process efficiency. Starting from June, the advanced booking system will be available to all brokers.

Search results meeting client needs can now be directly booked by charter brokers, eliminating the need for separate booking requests and operator confirmations. VOO’s platform acts as a one-stop shop, streamlining the booking process and saving brokers and operators valuable time. GlobeAir, with its stable pricing structure, serves as the ideal launch partner for this innovative feature. Additionally, bookings are automatically synchronised with GlobeAir’s flight management system, ensuring further smooth flight organisation and management.

Traditionally, charter booking involved multiple steps, including requesting quotes, exchanging additional information and negotiating the price, and finally exchanging paperwork with step-by-step contract signing as well as acceptance of terms and conditions. VOO’s instant booking functionality eliminates this manual and therefore time-consuming process. Through the platform, brokers gain instant access to GlobeAir’s aircraft availability and pricing, enabling them to generate swift and accurate offers for their clients. VOOpay simplifies the transaction process, further enhancing efficiency.

“Our partnership with VOO propels us into a new digital age of private jet travel where efficiency and reliability intersect,” says Bernhard Fragner, GlobeAir CEO. “This collaboration underscores our relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation, offering our clients unparalleled access to our services through VOO’s advanced platform. Together, we’re not just embracing the future of travel but actively shaping it.”

Robert Plhak, CEO of VOO, adds: “The cooperation between VOO and GlobeAir marks a significant milestone in the evolution of business jet charters. Our shared vision for a seamless and transparent booking experience has become a reality, setting a new industry standard; a world-first, a real game-changer.”

Looking ahead, both VOO and GlobeAir see this partnership as a springboard for shaping the future of the business aviation industry. By embracing technological advancements and prioritising efficiency, they aim to make business jet travel a more accessible and streamlined experience.
