AV8 Realty has launched its mobile-optimised platform AV8Realty.com, an aviation real estate exchange for pilots and aircraft owners. The AI-powered platform allows users to search for properties based on aircraft type, ensuring hangar doors accommodate their specific aircraft, and enables users to list and search properties by runway length, type and fuel availability.

Riddick recently acquired a broker's license and subsequently launched Riddick Realty, doing business as AV8 Realty, in January 2024. She owns a rare 1967 Beechcraft A23-24 Super Musketeer III that she says reflects her deep ties to the aviation community.
