Go Rentals, known as the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental company, has further expanded as it partners with FBO Beach Aviation Services to introduce exclusive services to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The grand opening of its service at Myrtle Beach International airport (MYR) took place on 1 March 2024

In response to the growing demand for premium travel experiences, Go Rentals and Beach Aviation unveiled a new location at the Myrtle Beach International. This strategic partnership marks a union committed to providing unparalleled service in the world of luxury travel.

The establishment of this new location serves as a crucial link connecting service from Charleston to Wilmington, complementing the existing Go Rentals locations and paving the way for larger expansion throughout the US southern region. Go Rentals has also extended its exceptional services to Beach Aviation's other two locations in the county, Grand Strand airport and Conway Horry County airport. This expansion provides guests with even more options when travelling to the renowned golf capital of the world, boasting over 90 courses in the region.

Renowned for its breathtaking beaches, vibrant music scene and abundant restaurants, the Grand Strand area attracts golf enthusiasts, families, summer travellers and spring breakers alike. The tourism sector in the region witnessed a record-setting year for revenue in vacation rentals and hotels.

In response to the surging demand for travel to the area, Go Rentals has introduced planeside delivery of its vehicles at Beach Aviation Services through an aviation-trained concierge. Judi Olmstead, director of airports at Beach Aviation Services, expressed her excitement about offering an improved customer experience to its general aviation customers with the addition of Go Rentals. “Passengers and crew members can now enjoy the convenience of stepping into a rental car immediately after stepping off the plane, saving more time to enjoy the Grand Strand and everything our destination has to offer,” she says.

Trissy Pickett, Go Rentals' vice president of aviation development, emphasised the service culture fostered at Go Rentals, where saying ‘no’ is not an option. She highlighted the importance of aligning with partners that share this philosophy, stating, “Our team is ready for customer service heroics at any given moment. We will go to any length to ensure our guests are happy; that includes crew, pilots, dispatchers and aviation departments.” Pickett further emphasised the significance of this mentality to Beach Aviation Services, as Go Rentals serves as an extension of its team.
