Borgaard will drive Air Partner expansion into Nordic region
As head of business development, Borgaard will leverage his cargo and passenger expertise to drive growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Air Partner has appointed Kim Borgaard as head of business development in the Nordics region as the group expands its cargo and passenger charter presence across Europe.

Borgaard will be based just outside of Copenhagen, Denmark where he will leverage his wealth of cargo and passenger expertise to drive the company's growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Working under Pierre Van Der Stichele, VP of global charter, he will be responsible for developing Air Partner's market presence in the Nordics region, utilising his extensive experience in sales strategy development and client relationship management to identify opportunities, cultivate leads and deliver bespoke solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in the region.

Van Der Stichele says: "It is a pleasure to have Kim on board, bringing with him over 23 years of experience and a brilliant reputation that will be instrumental in developing Air Partner's international presence in the Nordic region. Having a boots-on-the-ground liaison is crucial to developing client relationships and providing the intricate knowledge necessary to give the best service for our clients. We look forward to working with him to develop Air Partner's presence in the Nordic region and beyond."

Borgaard joins Air Partner from Chapman Freeborn Airchartering where he spent 13 years as Nordic sales manager. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a Nordic sales manager at SAS Cargo Group.
