Aircraft brokerage Stanton & Partners Aviation is proud to welcome two executives who will be instrumental in bolstering the Dubai-headquartered company's growth.

Benoit Defforge has stepped into the role of CEO. As the former head of Airbus Group's corporate aviation division, he brings a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a wealth of experience, equipping him with the necessary expertise to successfully conceive and deliver strategies that will propel the company forward.

Defforge is joined by Michael Nelson who will spearhead legal affairs and strategy as chief operating officer and general counsel. Nelson has moved from international law firm Clyde & Co, where he spent over a decade in the firm's Dubai office as a partner leading the aviation team in the Middle East and Africa. With extensive experience in the financing, leasing and acquisition of commercial aircraft, engines, business jets and helicopters, he has firmly established his reputation as a leading aviation lawyer recognised by prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal.

The private aviation sector is experiencing dynamic shifts, and Stanton & Partners Aviation is ideally positioned to capitalise on these trends from its showroom in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre.

Founder Allan Stanton says: “Stanton & Partners Aviation is committed to elevating the private aviation experience and investing in the right talent is pivotal. As such, we are delighted to welcome two industry titans to our team. They are invaluable additions as we expand our regional footprint, enabling us to continue our growth as we build new and deepen existing relationships globally.”
