Jet East welcomes lead on appearance operations

Charlton Resurreccion has established standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and continuity in providing services across all locations.

Jet East maintenance company has hired Charlton Resurreccion as the director of appearance operations. With a clear vision for future growth and an extensive background in the aviation appearance industry, his addition to the Jet East team promises to bring positive enhancements to the company and its valued customers.

Resurreccion began his career as a ramp service agent, during which time he was assigned to learn about aircraft cleaning and detailing. As part of those formative experiences, he found himself leading teams of people and discovering his niche in aircraft appearance.

Resurreccion's primary focus at Jet East will be the relaunch of aircraft appearance services in the south Florida region while laying the groundwork for business unit expansion into other key airports such as Las Vegas International, Teterboro, Westchester County and Dallas Love Field. His strategic approach involves hiring experienced professionals in the area of appearance and cleaning to bolster the technical capabilities while ensuring prompt response timelines that align with customer demands.

Of particular focus, Resurreccion has established key initiatives related to ensuring that the highest quality products are being used and implementing efficient procedures that will expedite the cleaning process. Some services to be offered under his leadership include interior and exterior detailing, carpet extraction, deep leather cleaning, brightwork, polishings and metal protection.
