ACE’23: The best business aviation show in town
This year ACE’23 has more exhibitors, more aircraft and more registered visitors than ever before, as well as an incisive conference covering all aspects of the business.

Air Charter Expo (ACE) is The Air Charter Association’s dedicated conference and exhibition for all involved in business air charter, to be held this year on Tuesday, 12 September at London Biggin Hill airport.

If you haven’t already, now is the time to submit your registration details. Due to enhanced security requirements there will be no admittance on the day without pre-registration, so tickets must be booked in advance. Please click on the link to gain access to this 2023 edition of the best little business aviation show in town: https://www.aircharterexpo.com/register.html.

This year ACE’23 has more exhibitors, more aircraft and more registered visitors than ever before, as well as an incisive conference covering all aspects of the business. Throughout the day The Air Charter Association will be delivering an excellent programme where sustainability in aviation will be a key topic and, for the first time, presentations will be of interest to commercial and cargo charter operator and brokers. Sessions will be held and webcast live, so if you are unable to attend in person but would like to take part online, you can register at https://events.streamgo.live/ace-23/register.

In the morning, The ACA chairman Kevin Ducksbury will introduce a series of sessions on the new normal within passenger air charter; improving awareness regarding sustainable air charter; and the market challenges and opportunities of rotary air charter. Going into the afternoon, there will be presentations on balancing capacity with demand in the cargo air charter market; net-zero aircraft technology and the likelihood of zero emissions aircraft within the next couple of years; and an introduction to The ACA broker qualification. Rounding off the programme, The ACA will be hosting networking drinks for pre-registered members at 3.45pm.

Operators put charter at the heart of their business, so the opportunity to meet fellow operators and clients in one place, over the course of just one day, is invaluable. ACE’23 is pleased to welcome, among others, Vistajet, Jet Aviation, Voluxis, Gama Aviation, Castle Air, Air Charter Scotland, Qatar Executive, Global Air Charters, Centreline Air Charter and Luxaviation. Some will exhibit by taking a booth, others will bring an aircraft from their fleet to display inside or on the apron. The static display is already impressive, and more aircraft are in the process of being signed up. Operators rely on brokers to bring them business, so this is a good opportunity to meet up face to face and get onboard.

The 2023 static has spaces reserved for a Dassault Falcon 8X, a Bombardier Global 500, a Citation M2 Gen2, a Leonardo AW109SP GrandNew, an Embraer Praetor 600, a Gulfstream G650ER, a Pilatus PC-12 and many more from major OEMs.

European launch customer Isle-Fly is bringing its Beechcraft King Air 260 to the show. All its aircraft are owned in-house and are fully available for charter, with no owner's release. Isle-Fly has bases on Jersey and at East Midlands, providing excellent charter coverage of the UK and Europe.

Haute Aviation is a Swiss 'family boutique' charter company where confidentiality and the highest personal standards are the main focus and passion of CEO and lead captain Alexander Tamagni, his wife Catherine Tamagni and the team. It offers charter, brokerage and aircraft management and will be showcasing its Phenom 300.

London Luton airport-based boutique operator Pen-Avia is bringing its Gulfstream G600. The company will also be talking about its factory-fresh Gulfstream G450, recently introduced into operation and with the range and capability to operate directly from Europe to the US and Middle East.

ACE’23 booths are nearly all assigned, and the final signatures are being placed on aircraft coming to the static. It’s not too late if you want to get involved, just contact Mark Ranger on +44 (0) 1279 714509, or email mark@aircharterexpo.com, to book your booth or aircraft position.

ACE’23 leading sponsors are Air bp and Dassault Aviation, backed by Textron Aviation, Collins Aerospace, FlightAware, Asia Flight Services, XLR, Close Brothers, FCG Ops and Drivania.
