The Air Charter Association (The ACA) has seen exceptional international growth in recent months, with the US now the second largest country for membership. Growing its global network of trusted and accredited member companies increases member opportunities and value. Following a successful NBAA-BACE in October 2022, The ACA’s US membership is now the second highest after the UK, where the association was founded. The assocation is now represented in 55 countries globally, with recent additions being Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.

Chairman Kevin Ducksbury says: “We have a commitment to developing our global footprint to represent and support all members worldwide. The fantastic growth in the US is reassuring us that companies value The ACA accreditation and being part of our network of professional companies. Members are confident that when they work with another member company, they share the same high standards and core values, and are committed to best practice in the industry.”

Simon Taylor, global aviation advisor for US Part 135 operator Global Air Charters, adds: “We joined The ACA in April 2023 and have already enjoyed the benefits of being part of the group. Membership allows us to ensure our compliance is fully up to date and that we are well-versed in the latest industry issues and discussions. More and more, we are seeing that clients want reassurance and signs of accreditation and safety protocols, and membership of The ACA goes a long way to ensuring clients and passengers are confident in the services we provide.”
