ACI acquisition boosts Haggan's medical business
By combining ACI's extensive experience with his own Colorado-headquartered company Peak Medevac, Geno Haggan aims to create a reliable network for transporting patients, doctors, organs and medical supplies.
The acquisition comes with two Learjets and provides an extra base for maintenance company Haggan Aviation.

Geno Haggan, a prominent figure in the US aviation and air ambulance industries, has successfully completed the acquisition of Air Charters Incorporated. ACI is a full-service Part 135 private air charter company that provides timely and secure transportation solutions for life-saving organ donations from its base at Teterboro airport in New Jersey.

"Our goal is to transform the way organs are procured and transported, ensuring that no time is wasted when it comes to saving lives," says Haggan. "By integrating ACI's capabilities into our existing infrastructure with Peak Medevac, we will boost our ability to serve the medical community and make a lasting impact on patients in need. It will also allow us to easily cover the east coast for both charter and air ambulance as well as provide a launching point for international reach."

The new location at Teterboro means an additional base for Haggan's aircraft maintenance company Haggan Aviation, allowing reduced downtime for all its aircraft. The acquisition also comes with two Learjets, a full staff including pilots, mechanics and office personnel as well as hangar and office space.
