PHI MRO Services, provider of MRO services based in Lafayette, Louisiana, has launched ‘Call PHI’, an on-demand MRO global support network dedicated to providing 24/7 access to maintenance support for helicopter operators around the world at affordable pricing.

Originally announced in March at HAI Heli-Expo 2023, ‘Call PHI’ is officially live and accepting calls. The support line is available by phone or online.

‘Call PHI’ offers diagnostic assistance and advice for resolving even the most complicated of problems that helicopter operators may face with their aircraft. By calling its support line, operators will receive a direct connection to PHI's team of industry experts with decades of MRO experience working on a wide range of helicopter models and configurations.

“Sometimes, during the course of maintaining rotorcraft, maintainers run into a challenge where they could use help. With 75 years of experience, our experts are now available to assist in real-time to help solve those challenges,” says Tom Neumann, president of PHI MRO Services.

Based out of PHI MRO Services' Lafayette headquarters, ‘Call PHI’ is a global solution available anytime and anywhere at an affordable rate. Also, for operators in the US who need additional help with returning their helicopter to service, PHI MRO Services has field teams available for in-person support.
