Texas extends Genesys HeliSAS EMS distribution in Europe
Aerospace companies seek cost-effective ways to increase presence and improve shipping times for dealers. Texas has positioned technical salespeople worldwide and will help Genesys expand its European footprint.
Texas Aerospace president Cisco Hernandez with vice president operations & OEM development Julie Westcot, Genesys director of sales and marketing Jamie Luster and Texas vice president Brad Sutphin.

Texas Aerospace Technologies, an aviation parts distributor and parts certification company based in Abilene, Texas, has entered an agreement with Genesys Aerosystems to expand its HeliSAS autopilot system distribution into European markets, with a specific focus on the EMS market. In addition, Texas will identify and develop new authorised Genesys HeliSAS dealer/installation facilities.

Genesys Aerosystems engineers and manufactures safety enhancing stability augmentation and advanced autopilot technology for a range of light to heavy helicopters. Texas Aerospace Technologies has provided sales, technical support and distribution of IFR and VFR helicopter autopilots in South America since 2021. Adding Europe EMS markets to its list of responsibilities will expand Genesys' footprint in-country by improving relationships and increasing product knowledge.

"Many aerospace companies are seeking a cost-effective way to increase their presence and improve shipping times for their dealer network," says Texas vice president Brad Sutphin. "We've positioned highly technical salespeople worldwide to improve the relationship, product knowledge, support and distribution for aerospace products. We're excited about this new opportunity with Genesys Aerosystems and helping it expand its European footprint."
