ACTSI expands Part 145 capabilities
ACTSI has seen increased activity in the Asia Pacific region resulting in more requests to accommodate aircraft inspection requirements. It has added GIV/GIV MSG3 aircraft to its FAA Limited Airframe rating.
Aviation Concepts Technical Services president Fernando Gaspar.

Aviation Concepts Technical Services (ACTSI), a business aviation MRO and parking service provider based in Subic Bay, Philippines, has had a busy 2022 for its aircraft parking and MRO services, having successfully completed both a 16C and 12C checks on Gulfstream G450s for its customers. Riding this wave of accomplishment, ACTSI's expanded capabilities have served it well this 2023 to meet the ever-demanding MRO landscape.

ACTSI has added Gulfstream GIV/GIV MSG3 aircraft to its FAA Limited Airframe rating under Operations Specifications A003-1, which allowed it to welcome and service GIV customers in the first half of 2023. Capabilities for this airframe cover up to and including 16C/10A/192-month inspections and maintenance, as well as the RRD Mark 611-8 powerplant under its Limited Engine rating.

And under its Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) AMO approvals, ACTSI has successfully added the Super King Air B300 series aircraft to its CAAP approvals on top of its B200 series approval. This capability complements the rapidly expanding King Air market in the Philippines.

ACTSI has also increased the capability levels to its Gulfstream airframes and mirroring its FAA levels under CAAP.

“We have seen increased activity in the Asia Pacific Region resulting in more customers reaching out and inquiring if we're able to accommodate their aircraft inspection requirements. We've kept pace with those requests by adding to our capabilities to meet the demand,” says president Fernando Gaspar.
