Momentum builds for air charter industry expo
Air Charter Expo (ACE) is The Air Charter Association’s dedicated conference and exhibition for all involved in air charter. In 2023 the show has more booths and an incisive conference covering all aspects of the business.
Last year’s total of 1,200 delegates is set to be beaten this year.

Momentum is building for the one-day show that brings together all sides of the business air charter market. At ACE’23, attendees can access networking opportunities, aircraft and industry panel sessions. Add to that coffee and conversation, business and friendships, and the atmosphere will be professional, busy and relaxed.

Last year more than 1,200 delegates attended the expo. Brokers came from the UK and overseas, with personnel from some companies arriving en masse by coach. The word now is that numbers are growing.

Leading charter operators are also returning to exhibit at ACE. Vista, Jet Aviation, Air Charter Scotland, Gama Aviation, Luxaviation and Gestair are already booked in, as are TAG Aviation, Le Bas International, Voluxis and others. Some will exhibit by taking a booth, others will bring an aircraft from their fleet to display inside or on the apron. The static display is already impressive, and more aircraft are in the process of being signed up.

The ACE’23 show gives operators the opportunity to come and present their services to the most important customers and welcome them aboard aircraft. There are no landing fees, no parking fees and only one day’s commitment.

Anyone interested in exhibiting should contact Mark Ranger on +44 (0) 1279 714509 or mark@aircharterexpo.com to reserve a spot but don’t dally, only a few booths remain.

ACE delivers an excellent conference programme throughout the day. This year, sustainability in aviation will be a key topic and, for the first time, the conferences will include presentations of interest to commercial and cargo charter operator and brokers. This year, conference sessions will be held and webcast live. If you are unable to attend in person but would like to take part in the online conferences, then you can register at https://events.streamgo.live/ace-23/register.

London Biggin Hill airport will host the show on Tuesday, 12 September, 2023. This year its leading sponsors are Air bp and Dassault Aviation, backed by Textron Aviation, Collins Aerospace, FlightAware, Asia Flight Services, XLR, Close Brothers, FCGOps and Drivania. As in previous years, ACE’23 will be bringing charter operators and broker customers together for an unrivalled day of professional networking.

Find our more at www.aircharterexpo.com/default.html.

There will be no ticket sales at the event, tickets must be ordered in advance at https://www.aircharterexpo.com/register.html. All registrations will be verified as belonging to a business aviation company and security on the day will be enhanced.
