Five French FBOs extend Sky Valet Connect network
Airport-managed FBOs at Bergerac Dordogne Périgord, Biarritz-Pays Basque, Caen, Deauville Normandie and Pau Pyrénées have joined the Sky Valet Connect network.

Five more airports from the south-west of France to Normandy have chosen to join Sky Valet Connect. They complement a network which, in just four years, has already spread to five countries through 37 destinations.

Sky Valet is the first European FBO grouping to have developed a label backed by its brand and a co-branding strategy with other operators or airports, giving them international visibility and recognition at the same time as giving them support with the development of their general aviation activities. This special feature explains the constant expansion of this network, which continues to attract new FBOs. The most recent, all located in France, are complementing a network that, until now, was designed to support flows on a large arc north of the Mediterranean, from the Azores to Bulgaria.

By integrating Bergerac Dordogne Perigord airport, Biarritz-Pays Basque airport, Caen airport, Deauville Normandie airport and Pau Pyrénées airport, Sky Valet Connect is continuing its roll out, in line with its service strategy in regions with high potential for business tourism or high end leisure.

Sky Valet Connect is clearly our main driver to develop our network of FBOs and consolidate our positions in all regions where business travellers go. We are very grateful to these five airports for the trust that they are placing in our label. We are convinced of the potential of these destinations that are positioned in the heart of dynamic but isolated regions or have a strong international influence, with leading sports and historical events,” says Jean-François Guitard, director of the general aviation and external development business unit of Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, Sky Valet's parent company.

Sky Valet now boasts one of Europe's largest networks, with 37 destinations in five countries: Avignon-Provence, Bergerac Dordogne Perigord, Béziers Cap d'Agde, Biarritz-Pays Basque, Caen airport, Cannes Mandelieu, Deauville Normandie, Golfe de Saint-Tropez, Pau Pyrénées and Rodez-Aveyron in France; Gerona, Barcelona, Palma de Majorca, Valencia, Ibiza, Malaga, Madrid, A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela in Spain; Porto, Cascais, Lisbon, Beja, Faro, Madeira (two) and the Azores (three) in Portugal; Cuneo and Trieste in Italy; and Sofia, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Varna, Burgas and Plovdiv in Bulgaria.
