Plana unveils hybrid CP-01
The company is hoping to increase brand awareness with the reveal of its eVTOL aircraft and by opening lines of communication with potential customers and partners.

South Korea-based eVTOL developer Plana has released details of its hybrid eVTOL aircraft. CP-01 is a piloted, six passenger, tilt-rotor aircraft of aerodynamic design and with a canard configuration. Its eco-friendly hybrid-electric powertrain enables long range capability of 500 km at a cruise speed of 300 km/h.

To showcase its technology and potential, Plana is participating in various online and off-line events in South Korea and abroad; it has been exhibiting at the World IT Show 2023 at COEX in Seoul, sharing its IT expertise, collaboration opportunities and social value propositions with attendees.

“We are excited to reveal our CP-01 aircraft to the world,” says CEO Braden J Kim. “We hope to increase our brand awareness and communication by creating more engaging and informative content and channels for our customers and partners.”

The company has also revamped its official website to provide more information and insights on its technology and vision, with updated content on aircraft development status, media releases, management activities and industry trends.
