Kolporter, a Polish press distribution, logistics and advertising company and operator of a B407 aircraft, has turned to Heli-One, a provider of helicopter MRO services with facilities in Canada, Norway and Poland, to implement CAMO services.

The services provided include a dedicated team, technical log management and a tailored maintenance programme with a digital customer portal. Kolporter will benefit from Heli-One’s expertise in full cycle maintenance and personnel to optimise long-term maintenance planning to extract full value of the aircraft.

Kolporter, which has been operating aircraft for 20 years, required a CAMO provider that would be flexible to its needs, on top of being fully certified, with a proven track record of aircraft maintenance and planning. Heli-One provided a tailored solution including a user-friendly aircraft technical log leveraging its maintenance management software system with remote digital access for Kolporter.

Heli-One utilised decades of flight and maintenance planning data to develop a customer-centric solution with budget predictability and flexibility in mind. This allows Kolporter to better forecast budget spending to align with operational needs. It also benefits from Heli-One’s safety management infrastructure to ensure a consistent quality standard.

“We are pleased to support Kolporter with its CAMO needs,” says Heli-One GM of sales, commercial and customer support Carolyn Forsyth. “Our Heli-One Poland team delivers exceptional customer service, and this customer’s aircraft is in safe and capable hands. We are looking forward to helping it maximise the full value of its aircraft, without sacrificing safety, on a reasonable budget.”

Heli-One Poland is an EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organisation with a CAMO approval from the civil aviation authorities of Poland, the UK and the Cayman Islands.
