Shaw takes sales and marketing lead at Pro Star
Jeff Shaw will grow Pro Star Aviation's footprint in the US northeast. He feels that with advanced technologies and an ageing aircraft market, there's significant room for growth.

Manchester-Boston Regional airport, New Hampshire-based aerospace modification centre Pro Star Aviation has promoted Jeff Shaw to director of sales and marketing.

Shaw has served as the director of business development at the company for more than six years. He was responsible for programme development and company direction to maintain an edge in the avionics and installation upgrade industry. He will now lead a team of three regional sales managers, two inside sales managers and an administrative assistant. His primary function will be to lead the strategic efforts in growing Pro Star Aviation's footprint in the US northeast.

Shaw's career in aviation spans over 25 years, starting as an ops agent with the airline sector. He has served as an avionics technician and chief inspector and earned his BSc in aviation management at Florida Tech and AS in Aviation Technology at NH Technical College. He holds an FAA commercial pilot-instrument rating and A&P certificate.

“I'm enthusiastic about leading the sales team into 2023 and beyond. It's an exciting time for the business aviation community, with advanced technologies and an ageing aircraft market; there's significant room for growth,” he says.
