Desert Jet sets up fuel and tech service improvements
After getting to know the Titan team, the FBO was confident that a new partnership would benefit customers, employees and the community. It is also continuing to invest in the latest FBO technologies.
Titan Aviation Fuels will be delivering to Desert Jet Center ahead of its busy season.

Jacqueline Cochran Regional airport, California-based Desert Jet Center has a new fuel provider; Titan Aviation Fuels will be delivering high-quality products and value to clientele flying into the FBO. In preparation for its busy season, the FBO has also launched a new software system, X-1FBO, to enhance the customer experience further.

“After a very thorough process, we found that Titan Aviation Fuels is the best fit for Desert Jet Center and our continued growth,” says chief executive officer Jared Fox. “After getting to know the Titan team and seeing their operation, we are confident that our new partnership will benefit our customers, employees and community.”

“We proudly welcome Desert Jet Center to the Titan branded FBO network,” adds Titan president Robbie Stallings. “Desert Jet is well known in the industry for unsurpassed service, facilities and support. We are thrilled to partner with it, offering fuel programmes to bring added value to the service it provides its customers.”

Desert Jet Center's investment in the latest FBO technologies creates higher service efficiencies. Paperless tracking of fuel loads and up-to-the-minute status notifications of all reservations, flights and requested services personalises the customer experience and provides clients peace of mind.

“We are excited to be operating the X1-FBO software platform, with its automation enhancements our team can continue to focus its time on providing great customer service and less time on data entry,' says FBO general manager Roman Mendez. “Our guests can count on accurate and expedited service.”

Desert Jet Center was recently given Preferred FBO status by the Corporate Aircraft Association.
