VistaQuote RFQ management streamlines Duncan parts and rotables
With VistaQuote, Duncan Aviation's parts and rotables sales team accomplishes more, serves customers faster and is positioned to improve overall sales efficiency and performance.

MRO specialist Duncan Aviation has recently implemented VistaQuote for RFQ (request for quote) management for its online parts and rotables sales from Minnesota-based software developer Ambry Hill.

VistaQuote is a cloud-based and mobile application where users experience a consolidated and organised view of all incoming RFQs regardless of the marketplace or message source. With VistaQuote, Duncan Aviation's parts and rotables sales team accomplishes more, serves customers faster and is positioned to improve overall sales efficiency and performance.

“This new RFQ management capability for our online parts quotes will be a key component to the team's continued success by optimising the sales workflow and increasing the speed of service for customers,” says assistant manager for parts and rotables sales Cary Prange.

“Using VistaQuote to manage RFQs means that Duncan Aviation retains much more transaction data than with its previous process. Also, the forms' customisations and reporting abilities built into VistaQuote give the Duncan Aviation parts team valuable insights for more informed decision making when it comes to uncovering opportunities,” adds vice president of sales Richard Frisk.
