Southeast Asia gains corporate hospitality trainer
Training programmes are currently offered in Singapore, and SkyLux Consultancy plans to expand its training programmes to Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in 2023.

SkyLux Consultancy has launched services to meet the growing demand for specialised hospitality training in the business aviation sector in southeast Asia.

The company specialises in crew training; corporate consultancy including cabin crew and inflight service department setup; and cabin outfitting solutions for the business aviation sector: “At SkyLux, we are passionate about creating impactful and delightful customer experiences and journeys,” says Casey Tan, founder. “We are dedicated to helping corporate flight attendants and operators enhance their inflight service standards and creating delightful passenger experiences through blending in the unique Asian service philosophy with international service expectations.”

Training programmes include: Introduction to the Corporate Aviation Industry; Corporate Flight Attendant Masterclass; and Advanced CFA Leadership Masterclass.

Training programmes are currently offered in Singapore, and SkyLux Consultancy plans to expand its training programmes to Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in 2023.

To further support VIP cabin crew within the region, SkyLux Consultancy will also offer various resources to its trainees including essential guides and checklists; global catering directory; exclusive events; and more. Casey adds, “The role of a corporate flight attendant is probably one of the toughest job in the world, through providing support and relevant resources, we aim to build a professional community of corporate flight attendants that delivers service with an oriental touch.”
