Rebooted Enstrom signs sales representative for Japan
Aero Facility has long supported the Japan Ground Self Defence Force’s fleet of TH-480B training helicopters and is once again signed up as representative for Enstrom as the OEM emerges out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Aero Facility will be an Enstrom representative for sales in Japan.

Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has signed Aero Facility as its representative for sales in Japan.

Aero Facility has the honour of being the first representative signed back after Enstrom emerged out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy on 13 May, 2022. It was a long time representative of the previous iteration of Enstrom, and supported the Japan Ground Self Defence Force's fleet of TH-480B training helicopters.

“It was an easy decision,” says Enstrom vice president of sales and marketing Dennis Martin. “Our number one priority is supporting the existing fleet. Aero Facility has done a fantastic job keeping our customers in Japan flying, and we knew we had to get it on a contract right away so that it could continue that support.”

According to Enstrom vice president of product support Doug Smith, Aero Facility already has parts on order: “It is a consistent leader in parts sales. It has shown Enstrom a lot of loyalty, and we are pleased to be able to return that.”
