JetHQ expands in-house expertise
JetHQ has long provided clients with a range of comprehensive services during aircraft sales. To expand that support, it has added in-house legal counsel and has a new contracts and development department head.
Vice president of contracts and business development Josh Tremain.

Kansas City-headquartered aircraft transaction and brokerage company JetHQ has expanded its aircraft sales support resource by adding Kyle Evans as its in-house legal counsel and promoting Josh Tremain to vice president of contracts and business development department. Tremain, who previously served as manager of contracts and business development, succeeds Nicola Pike, who has retired from a storied career spent in business aviation.

“The strength of JetHQ is its people and the expertise we've brought together,” says founder and managing director Garett Jerde. “We're continuing to invest in our team to provide a single place of support and resources for our clients, where our experience and proficiencies make transactions easier around the globe.”

Evans has more than a decade of legal experience at Oklahoma City law firms, where he practised civil law for individual and corporate clients in commercial matters, specialising in contract and insurance law. He holds a juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.

Tremain, also based in Oklahoma, has used his analytical background to assist clients with thousands of transactions, having built a strong network of global contacts within the business aviation community. He and Evans will manage relationships with title companies, aviation attorneys and other buyers and sellers.

Pike joined JetHQ in 2015, early in the company's history. The UK-based expert has been instrumental to the growth of the company, serving as the first in-house person to handle contracts and logistics. She leveraged more than 30 years' worth of aircraft experience at some of the leading aviation manufacturers, such as Hawker, to help grow JetHQ to the international brokerage it is today.

“Nicola provided a seasoned eye for details and knowledge that has made us who we are,” adds Jerde. “She is a woman who finds solutions rather than obstacles, regardless of time of day or night. Her legacy to our company is one of invaluable precision. She will be greatly missed by our entire team.”

JetHQ is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
