US general aviation company Cutter Aviation has acquired Legend Aviation, an FBO and aircraft maintenance facility based at Prescott Regional airport in Arizona.

Covering over 12 acres, the Cutter Aviation Prescott complex consists of 6,684 sq ft of office area and 20,048 sq ft of aircraft maintenance hangar space. The facility amenities include a conference room, flight planning area, crew car and concierge service.

“Cutter is very excited to make this investment in Prescott Regional airport and to become part of its aviation community,” says president and CEO Will Cutter. “We look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of service to its tenants and transient clients.”

The acquisition of Legend Aviation follows the purchase of fellow Georgetown Municipal airport FBOs AeroJet in December 2021 and GTU Jet in January 2022 in Texas. Cutter Aviation Prescott is the ninth location in Cutter's network of world-class facilities, and it will also operate an FAA Part 145 repair station to support the region's aircraft maintenance needs.
