CAE expands its reach with first West Coast facility
Scheduled to open in summer 2022, CAE's Las Vegas training facility will extend its reach and capabilities in the aviation flight training market, while increasing demand for pilots in the region.

CAE has introduced a new flight training location in Las Vegas, Nevada. As its first West Coast training facility in the United States, the new location marks a milestone in CAE's ongoing growth and objective of being close to where customers operate their aircraft.

Scheduled to open in the summer of 2022, the Las Vegas training centre extends CAE's reach and capabilities in the business aviation flight training market while meeting increased demand for pilots in the region.

“This new training centre is an important addition to our global network of centres and underscores our commitment to helping the business aviation industry build and grow a strong pipeline of pilots,” says Nick Leontidis, CAE's group president civil aviation training solutions. “We look forward to playing a key supportive role in Nevada's aerospace and defence industry for many years to come. The State of Nevada and City of Las Vegas have been incredibly welcoming to CAE.”

Currently under construction, the new training centre will house eight full flight simulators. The investment in CAE's training network aims to ensure that business aviation customers have complete access to its industry leading technology and training expertise to elevate safety, efficiency and readiness.
