Savback brings military experience on board
Two new staff hires add nearly a combined 50 years experience to the growing Swedish Helicopter company in their respective areas. The company is looking to expand internationally according to CEO Reja Savbäck.

Savback Helicopters has announced two new staff members; Fredrik Bergman has been added to the company's advisory board as senior advisor and Davide Schillaci as customer relationship manager.

Bergman, an experienced brigadier general currently holds the position of head of testing and evaluation at The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration FMV, having previously acted as unit commander and chief of staff within the Swedish Armed Forces. Holding a master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science, Fredrik has over 2,000 hours of military flying time, in addition to over 30 years experience.

Shillaci, who is based in Italy, has a long career within the internationalisation sector, starting his career in 2005 as an export manager. For the past 18 years, he has been advising several companies on a wide range of strategic initiatives when entering foreign markets, with particular focus on Eastern Europe. His international consulting career has involved engagements in foreign sales and assessment of supplies across Eastern Europe and Asia.
