Belgian B2B helicopter provider NHV has received its ISO 9001:2015 re-certification following a successful inspection earlier this month. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent body that maintain worldwide industrial and commercial standards, and ISO 9001:2015 is an international recognition awarded to organisations that continue to uphold an efficient and effective quality management system.

This certification validates NHV's existing quality management system, which was created to provide a way for its staff to deliver consistently excellent service to its clients. The system defines best practice processes and procedures to follow and implement that its staff have developed and continuously improve with their industry experience.

NHV sees achieving this ISO re-certification as a great accomplishment by its team and an excellent example of its people's commitment to delivering the highest levels of quality and regulatory compliance to its clients. It also illustrates the time and resources it is willing to invest in new technology, staff, processes and procedures.

NHV first achieved ISO certification in January 2018.
