Victor is on the hunt for charter sales talent
Victor is seeking global sales agents to advocate its mission of making charter flying more transparent and easier than ever, all while providing exceptional customer service to its growing community of members.

On-demand jet charter platform Victor has launched a worldwide talent search as it seeks to double its workforce in the next 18-24 months to cater for a growing number of first-time private flyers.

2021 heralds a decade since Victor disrupted the jet charter industry with its fully transparent, subscription-free, globally on-demand marketplace. Since its launch, the internationally renowned brand has refused to stand still, achieving exponential growth with an array of accolades to support its success, including listings in the Sunday Times Tech Track, Deloitte Tech UK Fast 50, Sunday Times Export Track and FT 1000.

Victor has made two UK-based hires in January and is looking to further grow its international sales presence, notably in Spain, Germany, and France, in preparation for expected increasing demand in the second half of this year and beyond. Victor is welcoming applications from individuals new to the jet charter industry, as well as aviation veterans, to join its diverse global team. The company is working with well-known industry figure Linzi Barber, who will be leading the international search for new broker talent.

The company's mission is delivering a better way to fly by putting the consumer in control and making aircraft charter more transparent and easier than ever before. Innovation is at the heart of its operations, which alongside listening to customers, empowers the Victor service to constantly improve and stay at the cutting edge of private air charter.

Victor is seeking global sales agents to passionately advocate this mission and provide exceptional customer service to its growing community of members. Successful applicants will effectively communicate the company's market differentiators to drive bookings. Unrivalled booking transparency, the industry's leading customer loyalty programme Alto and an award-winning carbon offset proposition as the world's first carbon negative aviation company set Victor apart from any other jet charter broker.

Co-CEO Toby Edwards comments: “After the most difficult year in aviation, the resilience of the Victor team is evidenced by our healthy 2020 performance and spurs us on to achieve our business goals for this year, which include increasing our global footprint of sales agents to profitably expand our team. The Victor leadership, including myself and co-CEO James Farley, have worked our way up through the ranks of the business. meaning we understand the support needed for success and are passionate about leading a diverse team of fulfilled employees with clear career progression.”

Consultant Linzi Barber who is heading up Victor's talent search comments: “I am delighted to be supporting Victor's efforts in bringing new talent on board. The spirit, passion and work ethic of the Victor team is incredibly motivating, and I am excited to be able to offer new opportunities to join this dynamic and growing team.”
