Greenpoint names experienced executive Koester as CEO
Klaus Koester is a global executive with more than 25 years of aviation industry experience, including previous positions in Asia, Europe and the Americas for Lufthansa Group, SGL Carbon SE, AIP Aerospace and Safran.
Koester will be based at Greenpoint's headquarters in Bothell, Washington.

Klaus Koester has been appointed CEO of Greenpoint Technologies and the custom cabin division of Safran Passenger Solutions. Koester succeeds former Greenpoint CEO Scott Goodey, who retired after nearly 20 years with Greenpoint and more than 30 years in the aviation industry.

Koester is a global senior executive with more than 25 years of aviation industry experience, including previous positions in Asia, Europe and the Americas for Lufthansa Group, SGL Carbon SE, AIP Aerospace and Safran. He will be based at Greenpoint's headquarters in Bothell, Washington, while overseeing all Safran custom cabin companies in Washington and Texas.

Greenpoint Technologies is a business jet completion centre, creating aircraft products and VIP completions with a 99 per cent on-time delivery rate in over 30 years of operation. It is a Safran company.
