Ritchie's Renaud is raring to go
Rodger Renaud began his career in aviation more than 40 years ago installing wings on Sabre 65 aircraft at Rockwell International. In 1981 he moved to Midcoast Aviation, which became Jet Aviation in 2006.
Renaud is former president and COO of West Star Aviation.

The Ritchie Group, a Global Jet Transactions company, has named longtime aviation industry professional Rodger Renaud as vice president of aircraft sales.

Renaud steps into the role at a time of considerable growth and will work with founder, managing director and CEO Scott Ritchie to build new expansion opportunities and grow customer relationships in key sales markets.

Renaud began his career in aviation more than 40 years ago installing flight controls and wings on Sabre 65 aircraft at Rockwell International. In 1981, he moved to Midcoast Aviation, which became Jet Aviation in 2006 (now Gulfstream), where he worked in sales, operations and facilities and held a variety of positions, eventually becoming president of the company. Renaud then joined West Star Aviation in 2012, first as chief operating officer and then rising to president.

“Aviation is a wonderful industry full of opportunity that grabs you and pulls you along for the ride,” he says. “I'm excited about this new venture where I can continue to work with people in aviation who are passionate about what they do.”

Scott Ritchie adds: “We are lucky to have Rodger join us. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge that will continue to benefit our industry and our customers. I'm excited to see what we can do together for our clients at The Ritchie Group.”
