Tsang sings praises of OJets’ year of growth

In the past year, OJets' fleet of Bombardier business aircraft grew to six aircraft, which includes four Global 6000s, one Global 5000 and one Challenger 650 that are available for charter. With the growth from a strong Q4 into 2020, the operator's business focus in 2020 is primarily within the Asia Pacific region to cope with the increasing demand coming from major festive periods and events in Asia.

“It would be the Global 6000 which is our primary aircraft in the fleet, which delivers maximum comfort with the distinctive interiors and cabin configurations we offer for up to 14 passengers,” comments Asia Pacific VP of sales Keith Tsang. “One of our most memorable trips in the last year would be the World of Diamonds’ Most Exclusive Dinner. Crafted to deliver the ultimate in luxury experiences, the dinner sought to pique philanthropic interest and awareness of a worthy cause through the arresting lens of luxury. Proceeds will go towards eradicating child mortality from pneumonia in Nigeria through a Danish humanitarian non-profit organisation.

“It commenced with a dining experience at new rooftop concept 1-V:U and a night at The Outpost Hotel featuring 10,000 roses, followed by a daytime cruise in Singapore waters on a Ferretti 780 luxury yacht from Hong Seh Marine. The highlight of the experience came next: an 18-course dinner by Kirk Westaway of Michelin-starred JAAN served with vintage wines and champagnes, including Dom Pérignon and Krug, on a four hour journey onboard our Global 6000.”

Tsang adds that the company is constantly working towards improving the inflight service and the overall customer journey to deliver the pinnacle of service excellence and an unparalleled luxury experience. “We are also hoping for the COVID-19 situation to improve as authorities and countries work towards controlling the spread, while we provide our full and utmost support to our clients with their travel needs during this sensitive period.

“The ongoing COVID-19 situation has indeed been a challenging period as we work with the authorities and our partners to assist our clients with their travel needs, ensuring that they get where they need to during this period. We have also taken hygiene measures such as aircraft sanitisation with our staff, crew members and clients to ensure safety and wellbeing.”
